Dr. Alexandre Balaci was raised in Binghamton, NY, and completed his undergraduate studies at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. After graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Balaci completed residency in oral maxillofacial surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. For the first two years after residency, Dr. Balaci was an associate surgeon in Binghamton, NY.
Since then, Dr. Balaci has opened and acquired several private practices across Central PA. Dr. Balaci's experience in de novo & acquisitions of multi speciality practices allows him to serve BDental partners in streamlining processes for sustainable success.
In his free time Dr. Balaci enjoys cooking, tennis, skiing, and spending time with his family in Stone Harbor, New Jersey.
Ryan McDonough grew up in Wyomissing, PA, and received his undergraduate degree from the Catholic University of America. An MBA Candidate at Lebanon Valley College, he has spent the better part of the last decade working in the healthcare industry, helping enterprise health systems and dental groups use technology to build sustainable revenue & positive patient outcomes. He brings this rich experience to BDental Management, where he continues to help dental professionals to find success in their practices.
Ryan resides in Lancaster, PA with his wife Ally. In his free time he enjoys running (slow), hiking, traveling, and cheering on his Philadelphia Eagles.
